We work with a young and motivated team (52 full-time employees). We've grown rapidly in recent years and have the ambition to continue growing. Every team member contributes to this growth. You are the specialist in your field, and what you don't know yet, you can learn.

Sum of small steps
Our success is a sum of small steps and a positive mindset. If you perform a little better every day, you will eventually make great improvements. Focus on things that are going well. Don't linger too long if something is not going well, but move on and do your best. We have one meeting per team every week and once a month we come together with all the We Enable Climbers employees. We always start team meetings with a round of good news. Everyone shares something they are happy about or proud of.

We put a lot of effort in our website to mainain our #1 online position. We focus on functionality, design and online marketing. Our webhost Forcez is a big support in this matter.
Knowledge
We possess extensive technical knowledge of our products. In addition, we can always rely on the expertise of our trainers and ambassadors. We’re committed to sharing that knowledge, and when you reach out to us with a question, you can expect a prompt and thorough response.
Retention
We build strong, lasting relationships with our customers and suppliers. For us, growing a business isn’t just about reaching new customers - it’s even more about valuing the ones we already have and keeping them happy.

Out together, back together: The We Enable Climbers mountain trip 2026!
In March 2026, we swapped our office chairs for hiking boots and skis. No meetings or deadlines for a change, just snow, sunshine and, just as importantly, good company. Our trip to the French Alps turned out to be not only a well-deserved reward for all that hard work, but also an unforgettable experience that took our team spirit to a whole new level. A visit to our regular supplier, Petzl, was therefore a must. This trip was more than just a break: it was the crowning glory of our joint efforts and a real boost to our team spirit. We now know each other even better, and we’ll carry that with us in everything we’re yet to achieve together.
